How to pay

Accounts will be debited for water charges the first business day of each billing period (January, March, May, July, September, November).

Automatic Payment

Print a copy of our Autopay Enrollment Form. Mail or email the completed form to Neahkahnie Water District, 9155 Nehalem Rd., Nehalem, OR 97131.

The form must be signed before we can activate Autopay.

You will continue to receive paper or email bills so that you can monitor water usage.

By Check

Please make your check payable to Neahkahnie Water District and include your account number in the memo line. You can mail or drop your check off at: 9155 Nehalem Rd., Nehalem, OR 97131.

Online or by Phone

This is not a full service accounting and billing application, but a convenience option for our customers who find themselves away from home and in need of paying their water bill. We charge a surcharge of 4% of the bill amount to cover the credit card processing fees.
